Job Specifications

This large municipality in north DFW is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with good leadership experience. This will be an ongoing contract with the potential for extension or permanent employment with the team. The role will be onsite 5 days a week M-F in Plano, TX.

Job Details

This role will primarily be to lead and mentor integration developers and engineers. Design, build, test, deploy MuleSoft integrations for Salesforce. Manage integration projects and vendor work, ensure SLAs. Define and enforce API/integration standards, security, and monitoring. Troubleshoot production issues and run root-cause analysis. Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize work and gather requirements. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and status reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

8+ years Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning) with strong API experience (REST, SOAP, Bulk).

3-4+ years MuleSoft (Anypoint) hands-on experience or equivalent experience with another integration tool such as Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or another ESB

Proven team leadership and project delivery experience.

End-to-end integration lifecycle knowledge (requirements - design - deploy - support).

Experience working with vendors and managing deliverables/SLAs.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience.

MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certifications.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Familiarity with municipal systems (ERP, permitting, GIS).

Project management or agile certifications

Local Government experience
