About the Role & Team:

Join The Walt Disney Studios as a Workforce Planning Graduate Intern, where creativity meets data-driven insights. As part of a team that supports our iconic storytellers and creators, you will play a vital role in ensuring our workforce planning aligns with the dynamic needs of the entertainment industry. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are curious, passionate, and eager to learn about the intricacies of Human Resources data management in a world-renowned studio setting.

What You Will Do:

Clean, sort, and update historical and current data sets to enhance data accuracy and reportability.
Handle large-scale data update requests.
Act as a liaison with internal Human Resources partners to ensure they understand their role in data governance efforts.
Receive instruction, guidance, and direction from experienced Human Resources professionals to develop your skills.
Engage in routine assignments that build foundational knowledge of workforce planning and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Basic data management and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and seek guidance when needed
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Passion for the entertainment industry
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Familiarity with HR processes and systems
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, PowerBI/Power Query

Required Education:

Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management and Human Resources, or other related field.
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or other related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information. Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Master's degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

This internship opportunity requires full-time availability in Burbank for the duration of the program.
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026.
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
