Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (CSM Focused) - Dutch-speaking - Brussels, Hybrid

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) for a critical government project based in Brussels. You'll play a leading role in the migration and consolidation of two ServiceNow environments.

This is a highly visible role where you'll support the Analysis & Design phase, co-lead workshops, contribute to technical design, and help steer the technical delivery alongside a Senior Business Analyst and Architect.

Key Focus Areas:

Customer Service Management (CSM) - most critical requirement
ITSM - Incident Management, Interactions, Archive
Knowledge Management - migration of knowledge base using out-of-the-box KM processes
Data segregation & integrations between environments

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in CSM
Proven track record in technical consulting and solution design
Comfortable working with business stakeholders during workshops and design sessions
Fluent in Dutch (required for government engagement)
Onsite presence 2 days/week in Brussels
Available to start from October 21st onwards

Contract Overview:

Initial 3-month contract with definite extensions
