Job Description:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow SPM, ITOM, and ITAM applications for an existing ServiceNow instance. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow, you will create seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client.

This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices. A strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills, is essential. Adaptability to changing project requirements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable team asset.

Here's what you need:

7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow SPM, ITOM, and/or ITAM
Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability.
Prior experience with HRSD modules
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in SPM, ITOM or ITAM

Active secret clearance required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$98,500—$184,900 USD
