Location: Toronto/Hybrid

Contract: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Salesforce Contact Center Solution Architecture

Ability to define, architect and delivery business solution to service contact center business cases

Team player and working with dev, business, release management and operations team to development and implement Salesforce platform-based solution

Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement

Manage integration of Salesforce with MuleSoft, DocuSign, Java/JEE, content management and other application

Defining and tracking SLA projects progress, lead technical team and provide technical help

Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing

(Financial Service Community Cloud and Service Cloud)
