Job Summary

The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to improve and document processes, increase efficiencies, and support Salesforce-related initiatives.

This role involves managing AppExchange products, third-party tools, and integrations, while promoting CRM best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements and provide accurate feedback on use cases.
Support and/or lead Salesforce projects and initiatives.
Manage Salesforce AppExchange products, third-party tools, and integrations.
Work with the design team to prioritize impactful business requests.
Promote CRM best practices to ensure solutions align with the company’s business model and culture.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing functional solutions in Salesforce/CRM within a large organization (50+ users).
Strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Salesforce CPQ.
Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools and practices to support use case creation and project design.
Proven ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience functioning as a Business Analyst using standard BA tools (e.g., documentation, workshops, requirement gathering).
Must be available for on-site work three days per week. Remote options are not available.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Admin Certifications.
Experience with integrations and third-party applications involving Salesforce.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Kanban development principles.
Experience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Bonus Skills

Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware.

Certifications

Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin (preferred)
