Role: Duck Creek Business Analyst

Work Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada -Preferred Hybrid Onsite

Hire Type: 11 Months+ Contract

Skills (Primary):

Business Analyst within 10 to 15 years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in PC insurance

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Ocean Marine products Logistics Hull and Marine Liability

Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases

Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies including Policy Billing and Claims modules
