Job Specifications
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator at Scientific Research Corporation (SRC), you will play a key role within the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), supporting Department of War (DoW) initiatives.
Job Duties
Configuring process automations and user interactions using Flows, managing user access, profiles, and permission sets, and conducting data audits to ensure system-wide data integrity
Developing advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating with CSIT Support and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
Providing training and documentation for end users
Monitoring system updates to implement relevant features
Mentoring junior administrators to foster team growth and capability
This is a hybrid position which may be adjusted based on customer requirements
Infrequent travel may be required
Requirements
Two to four (2–4) years of Salesforce administration experience
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, administration, and automation tools
Experience with automation, validation rules, and workflows
Strong data management and reporting skills
Familiarity with security controls and compliance requirements
Salesforce Certified Administrator required
Desired Skills
Experience with third-party integrations and API usage, a plus
Leadership and mentoring abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Salesforce certifications in: Platform App Builder; Platform UX Designer, AI Associate; Agentforce Specialist desired
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions to meet customer needs
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
Experience with any of the following a plus: VS-Code, GIT, SF CLI, Jira, BitBucket, or Confluence

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
