Job Specifications

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Business Operations for a public sector business based in Central London.

Your main role will be to ensure the business department (Student Recruitment and Admissions) is run efficiently and meets its strategic and operational objectives working closely with the Senior Leadership Team including supporting with planning, delivery and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leadership including HR, performance management and development
Finance and Budget Management
Oversee procurement for the Team
Risk management and compliance
Quality assurance
Project management
Resource Management and Workforce Planning

We are seeking candidates who are experienced leaders who has the ability to lead a team with changing dynamics, strong finance and HR skills, a vision for growth and forward thinking. Candidates will also have experience in a Public Sector based organisation.

The role is to start ASAP on a initial 6 month contract with potential to extend.

Rate of Pay:

£35.88 - £38.97 per hour plus holiday pay PAYE

£48.50 - £52.50 per hour paid via a umbrella company
