Position Overview:

This is a new position for a contractor to support upcoming digital projects and day-to-day campaign activities. The role is primarily remote, with occasional proximity required to the Malvern, PA office.

The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing multi-channel digital campaigns within an internal digital agency setting. Focus areas include quality execution, timeliness, and elevating the customer journey across digital touchpoints. Campaigns may include search, digital and social advertising, email, and web-based content with clear calls to action.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the channel head of the Digital Campaign Management team. The role requires strong implementation, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities to deliver impactful digital experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Consult on customer journey development, channel mix, landing pages, email flow, media placement, and keyword research (organic and paid).
Participate in campaign kick-offs, ensuring thorough understanding of campaign brief and objectives.
Accountable for quality and searchability of content, artifact coordination, campaign coding, page/email setup, search ads, and redirect configuration.
Advise on content and creative execution within pre-designed templates across web, email, and ads.
Lead campaign launches, publish digital assets, run A/B testing, and deliver collected leads to appropriate CRM teams.
Ensure proper campaign flow and quality throughout implementation; engage SMEs as needed.
Prepare and distribute campaign rollout packages to global regions; gather and coordinate feedback.
Monitor campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

BS in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital campaign tools.
Experience working with global stakeholders.
Strong customer behavior understanding in digital journeys.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to execute digital campaigns and deploy multi-channel initiatives.
Proficiency in one or more digital channels: email, search (organic/paid), web design, CMS, digital events, or advertising.
Operational knowledge of Percolate, Eloqua, or CMS tools like Scrivito is preferred.
Familiarity with KPIs and demand generation metrics.
Self-starter with a strong grasp of digital marketing technologies.
