Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (12+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle — including design, coding, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into robust technical designs.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and platform limits.
Optimize performance and scalability of existing Salesforce implementations.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) activities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce architecture and coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components.
Experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Experience with SOQL/SOSL, performance tuning, and governor limit handling.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
Experience in API-led integration design using MuleSoft or other enterprise integration tools.
Ability to lead small teams or serve as a technical lead on enterprise Salesforce initiatives.
