Here is some detail as to what I am looking for:

Business Analyst needed with user process flow and workflow development expertise, experience using ServiceNow (our ITSM platform), and strong communications skills. This person will be developing and correcting workflows, improving business process to deliver high-level IT service, and developing metrics reports. This role will have exposure to departmental leadership, so the candidate must have extremely professional and courteous written and verbal communication skills
