Job Description

Experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform; hands-on configuration or workflow design is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Additional Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills
