Job Specifications

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
3–5+ years of experience in public accounting, alternative investments, private equity, or fund administration.
Strong background in financial reporting, auditing, and complex fund structures (hedge funds, master-feeders, side pockets, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Access, Alteryx, SQL, or Tableau preferred.
Progress toward CPA, CFA, CAIA, or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly NAV processes and financial reporting for multiple hedge funds.
Manage daily to monthly fund control tasks, including tax accounting, valuation oversight, and investor cash flow.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers (fund administrators, prime brokers, auditors).
Support projects and ad hoc analyses related to fund operations and system improvements.
