Mandatory Skills – IT & Cyber Permanent Control Officer (Data Department)

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and synthetic thinking.
Structured working approach with strict respect for deadlines.
Proactive and dynamic facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), including ability to present to management.

Risk & Control Expertise

Experience with Operational Risk Management (RCSA, controls, incidents, action plans).
Knowledge of Compliance principles (banking compliance, IT controls, regulatory expectations).
Understanding of Process Management (process mapping, control evaluation).
Ability to execute or supervise permanent controls within IT/Data domains.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

Knowledge of IT & Cybersecurity control frameworks (or ability to learn quickly).
Understanding of Data-related processes (data governance, data quality, data lifecycle) – at least interest in Data domain.

Tools & Reporting

Ability to work with risk management or GRC tools.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
