Job Specifications

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the end-to-end requirements for a new Ticketing system, enhancing fan experience and driving commercial growth across their digital ecosystem.

Rate: £275 - £310/day most likely Inside IR35
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in London

Key Responsibilities

Audit the current ticketing platform, integrations, and user experience.
Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops and data analysis.
Produce clear user stories, data flows, and functional specifications to support RFP and vendor selection.
Analyse ticketing data to identify insights and opportunities for innovation.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility, and security standards.

About You

Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, and data mapping.
Skilled in Agile delivery, with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in entertainment or eCommerce preferred.
