Experience with storytelling skill using Power BI.
Experience developing complex measures
Calculated columns
Advanced time intelligence using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power BI
Direct hands-on experience in analyzing large complex datasets to perform trend analysis,
Predictive analytics
Power BI and Azure analytics tools
Experience in creating and implementing business intelligence requirements.
Experience preparing visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models
Experience with Contact Centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions
Experience with dimensional modeling techniques.
Experience with PowerBI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services.
Experience with relational database modeling techniques.
Experience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role.
