You're a recent graduate in Computer Science (or a related field) with a passion for engineering. You're not looking for a slow-moving, formal training program; you're looking to make an impact from day one.
At Ediphy, we're a small, expert team, and we believe in learning by doing. You’ll ship production code immediately, getting direct guidance from our senior engineers as you quickly build the autonomy to own your work.
What You'll Build & Learn
Be hands-on implementing and optimizing server-side features in Python, JavaScript, Java, Rust, and C#, learning to apply the right tool for the right problem.
Partner directly with senior engineers and our founders to learn the complexities of financial markets, translating them into robust, high-performance code.
Design and build data pipelines on GCP to power analytics, insights, and evaluations.
Contribute to building and maintaining reliable, low-latency production deployments in a distributed systems environment.
What We're Looking For
Strong CS Fundamentals: You have a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and systems design from your degree or personal projects.
Strong Programming Foundation: You have solid programming experience with a strong foundation in Python. We're a polyglot team, so experience with (or a strong desire to learn) our other stack languages: Rust, C#, Java, and/or JavaScript, is a major plus.
Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter. You know how to ask smart questions, but you're also comfortable tackling problems independently. You are driven to find solutions, not wait for instructions.
Curiosity & Problem-Solving: You can show us a complex project you've built (for university, an internship, or for fun). We want to see how you think and approach difficult problems.
Collaborative Mindset: You have experience with Git and are a collaborative team member. You're motivated by solving problems and thrive on the satisfaction of deploying a fix that makes a difference.
