Marketing Specialist II

Location: Hybrid – Mountain View, CA

Duration: 5+ Months (Contract with possible extension)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist II to support enterprise marketing initiatives across multiple product (Consumer Electronics Products) lines in the consumer technology space. This role focuses on driving marketing execution, lead nurturing, and asset creation to strengthen brand presence and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute integrated marketing programs for enterprise-focused product offerings.
Lead the development of sales enablement and marketing assets (presentations, content, digital collateral).
Manage and optimize CRM and lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
Coordinate website and internal communication updates to ensure message consistency.
Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, and sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
Contribute to whitepaper creation, audience research, product claims, and asset management updates.
Ensure marketing content and messaging adhere to brand and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign execution, preferably within consumer technology.
Strong skills in content creation, marketing project management, and CRM/Marketo campaign execution.
Proven success managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Marketo certification or prior experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Background in B2B or enterprise marketing execution.
Experience in product marketing for hardware, software, or connected device ecosystems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and creative development skills.
