We are seeking a talented Management Consultant with experience in Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation experience to support our People Consulting Corporates clients by applying Business Strategy and transformation expertise, identifying opportunities, and delivering end to end Advisory engagements.

You will join an established and highly successful Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and continue our growth. You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Media and Professional Services.

What will you be doing?

Help clients focus on generating value through their front-office investments, with a clear performance focus and value creation
Identify client problems and shape strategic customer-centric initiatives and deliver these in an end-to-end front office transformation
Shape and manage client Front Office programmes of transformation work
Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
Leverage your Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation expertise and network to generate new client opportunities
Contribute to the development of our Corporate Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation propositions and assets
Be a career coach for junior consultants, helping them to develop and progress their career

What will you need to do it?

Experienced Customer Front Office facing consultancy background, eg. technology services or industry-based CRM programme delivery background with experience of designing, building, and delivering solutions.
Experience managing the delivery of end-to-end front-office functional transformation programmes, ideally underpinned by experience design, marketing, sales or service methodologies.
Front Office Transformation experience gained with major clients in the Corporate sector
Ability to articulate the value of the customer centric business functions to a non-technical audience.
Uses a unique perspective to solve complex business problems

Skills we would love to see / Amazing extras;

Transformation Consulting experience for clients Consumer Retail, TMT, Energy or Professional Services would be advantageous in securing this role
Ability to leverage deep functional knowledge and experience to develop solutions to the client with short turnaround time

Our Locations:

We are open to talk to Management Consultants with experience in Front Office / Customer Facing Transformation in the UK as this is where the team is based.

London, Leeds or Manchester
