We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Specialist to support the daily functions that keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination of day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports for internal processes.
Support data entry, reporting, and analysis to guide decision-making.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Help implement new tools, systems, and processes to optimize business functions.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
A growth mindset with enthusiasm to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
