Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 + 30% performance bonus!
** This position is 5 days in Office in Mississauga, ON.

Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Operations at BoomerangFX will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both operational excellence and project execution are maintained at a high standard. This leader will drive the integration of strategic goals across departments, ensuring seamless project delivery and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing functional areas to ensure alignment with company goals. Implement processes that foster efficiency and optimize workflows across departments.
Project Management Excellence: Lead major projects from planning through execution, including defining project scope, allocating resources, monitoring timelines, and maintaining project budgets.
Strategic Planning: Partner with the executive team to develop strategic operational plans that support business growth and innovation.
Team Development and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and equipped with the necessary tools and training.
Performance Tracking: Implement and manage comprehensive KPIs and dashboards that track productivity, project timelines, and quality metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives for process improvements.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Assist in the creation and management of departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Certifications: PMP certification is an asset.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in senior operations or project management roles, ideally within SaaS, technology and/or medical industry.
Skillset: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and superior problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Excel and project management software.
Knowledge: Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and industry best practices for operational management
