As a Business Systems Change Manager you will:
Lead and manage business systems-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Prepare and deliver change management plans, including communication, training, and support
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Business Systems team and other business units
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to gather requirements and resolve issues
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and gather feedback
Manage and prioritize the Business Systems case queue to ensure timely resolution of cases
Monitor and update case statuses, ensuring all cases are moving forward and up to date
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes, translating business needs into actionable system solutions
Plan and coordinate system maintenance activities, including updates, upgrades, and patches
Track and manage license counts for systems such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Atlassian products
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business systems, including project plans, requirements, system configurations, and user guides
Keep all documentation up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
Experience with stakeholder management
Experience with development of training content, user guides, and test cases
Experience working for a software company is preferred
Experience working with remote team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Atlassian products is highly desirable
