About Your Role

As a ServiceNow Developer you will lead platform adoption, innovation, and strategic alignment across Fiserv’s FedRAMP Government divisions. You will combine your deep technical expertise with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to champion the ServiceNow platform and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. Key deliverables will be to create an automated testing discipline to significantly reduce upgrade validation testing and overall sprint capacity spent on quality assurance tasks.

What You'll Do

Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Promote the strategic value of ServiceNow across business units, aligning capabilities with enterprise goals in ITSM, ITOM, APM, and more
Create demos, presentations, and enablement materials for technical and executive audiences to drive platform adoption
Ensure compliance with cyber controls, FedRAMP requirements, and data security standards
Create an automated testing discipline with a suite of tests that support Platform upgrade regression and product release validation to reduce cycle times and manual efforts
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations using ServiceNow leading practices and secure coding standards
Build custom APIs and integrations using REST, SOAP, and XML; leverage tools like Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Integration Hub.

Experience You'll Need To Have

6+ years of experience in systems engineering
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
2+ years of automated Testing Framework, ITSM, ITOM, APM/Enterprise Architecture, and Platform Analytics
2+ years of experience with JavaScript and API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience
Experience with ServiceNow FedRAMP environments and secure development practices
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to drive adoption and maturity of enterprise platforms

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

Industry certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL Certification
Experience with ServiceNow FedRAMP environments and secure development practices
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to drive adoption and maturity of enterprise platforms

How You’ll Work

Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday
This role may require flexibility to work off hours and/or weekends and holidays to meet client needs
This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
