Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead innovative HR technology and AI-focused projects. The role will be part of the PeopleComms Technology PMO and will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, HR system integrations, and workforce planning programs. This is a high-impact position offering exposure to cutting-edge HR AI solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project leadership.
Key Projects / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR IT projects, including AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, data, and business stakeholders to deliver transformational programs.
Work closely with data teams on skills taxonomy, data mapping, and governance initiatives.
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Track and report project progress, addressing issues and escalations proactively.

Candidate Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
Experience implementing Chatbot, digital transformation, or AI projects (e.g., TechWolf, Eightfold, Gloat, or similar).
Experience managing HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs involving HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with data teams on skills taxonomy, data mapping, and governance.
Strong project management expertise.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills for navigating cross-functional teams and vendors.
Strategic mindset to translate insights into actionable workforce planning.
Change leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, particularly in workforce transformation.
Delivery experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies with strong risk and budget management.
Experience & Education:
5+ years of relevant experience in HR technology, AI, and digital transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification desired.
