About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our Investment Banking client. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in launching a career in finance and investment banking. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in financial markets and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the finance team with daily operational and analytical tasks.
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Conduct research on markets, industries, and company performance to support investment decisions.
Help reconcile data, monitor transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across accounting, operations, and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and internal policies.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and presentations for management or client meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
