Pay: $26-30

Duration: 6 Months (with potential to extend or convert)

Description: Your role and responsibilities

As a member of the HR team in Richmond manufacturing unit, Electrification Smart Power - Power Protection, you will be part to the overall HR contribution and value added to the business.

The work model for the role is onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

Support HR Activities: collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
Operational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
HR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation
Employee Experience: support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
Project Support: Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP
Compliance & Governance: Ensure HR activities comply with ***'s values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures and U.S. employment legislation
Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs

Qualifications For The Role

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
You have 2 years of experience in human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations. Proven experience in HR administration activities
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits.
