Responsibilities

Serve as the vital link between business users and IT to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Gather and document requirements, transforming business challenges into effective IT solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and business processes.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and plans, and assisting in execution.
Maintain project documentation and support communication through Microsoft Teams.

Skills

Proven experience in business analysis, with strong communication and facilitation abilities.
Ability to translate business pain points into actionable IT solutions.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
Proficiency in documenting requirements and supporting project documentation.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
Business Analyst Certification would be beneficial.
