Revenue Operations Manager - SaaS - Risk Management

Salary up to £90k base

Can be remote in the UK ideally you'll be based near London/Southern England

What You’ll Do

Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert, managing configuration, automation, and integrations.
Optimize and maintain the revenue tech stack — spanning CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
Map, refine, and standardize revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Build and deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive data-informed decisions.
Champion adoption of tools and processes, providing training and support to commercial teams.

What You Bring

4–6 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
Advanced Salesforce skills (certifications such as Administrator or Advanced Admin preferred).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft), and analytics tools.
Proven ability to optimize workflows, drive adoption, and align teams around shared revenue goals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
