Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Montreal, Quebec, H3B3B5

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Bilingualism: French is required. English is considered an asset.

Job Description:

As part of our informational website redesign program, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the team in the identification, analysis, and structured management of business needs. This resource will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of deliverables, inter-team collaboration, and aligning solutions with stakeholder expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Identification and Documentation of Business Needs:
Collect, analyze, and formalize business line needs in a rigorous and structured manner.
Produce clear and comprehensive deliverables (process documentation, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements).
Collaboration with internal stakeholders:
Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal client teams to fully understand their expectations.
Facilitate co-creation and requirements clarification workshops.
Collaborate closely with POs and functional analysts from various teams.

Product Owner (PO) Support:

Help prioritize requests based on business value and operational constraints.
Contribute to the orchestration of deliverables and coordination between teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in improving the quality of deliverables and reducing inter-team friction.
Propose solutions to optimize analysis and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5 to 10 years as a business analyst in complex environments.
Web Expertise: Prior experience in web projects related to the implementation or migration of CMS (Content Management System).
Methodology: Good knowledge of the BABOK framework; CBAP or PMI-PBA certification considered an asset.

Skills:

Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Organizational skills, rigor, and results-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
