About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support a large-scale systems modernization and migration project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in C#/.NET development, database optimization, and application automation, with a proven ability to work on complex enterprise environments.

This position involves modernizing legacy systems, enhancing business workflows, and integrating data-driven applications into a unified digital platform. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of legacy systems (MS Access, Mainframe) into modern web-based platforms

• Design and develop new features and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve performance

• Build, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks

• Create and manage RESTful/SOAP APIs for data integrations and system communication

• Develop ETL workflows using SSIS and design reports using SSRS

• Manage and optimize Oracle and SQL databases for performance, integrity, and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements

• Support the integration of electronic content management (ECM) and online submission/invoicing systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and object-oriented programming (OOP)

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for dynamic web applications

• Advanced skills in PL/SQL, query optimization, and data modeling

• Experience with MVC architecture, web services, and Windows applications

• Hands-on experience with SSIS (ETL) and SSRS (reporting)

• Familiarity with large-scale system migrations and automation workflows

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large organizations or public-sector environments is a plus

• Background in system modernization or enterprise migration projects
