Your Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for your customers.

You build lasting relationships, provide excellent service, and turn opportunities into long-term business.

Together with the Field Sales and Product Management teams, you’ll ensure customers get the right technical solutions — on time, every time.

Your role is key: you connect people, products, and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Manage and develop your own customer portfolio, focusing on partnership and satisfaction.
Actively identify new sales opportunities and support business development activities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to turn leads into concrete results.
Process and monitor customer orders from quotation to delivery.
Ensure smooth coordination with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Support account managers in projects and key account activities.

What You Bring

Completed commercial and/or technical education.
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or telesales — ideally in a B2B environment.
Affinity with electronics, components, or technology distribution is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills, customer focus, and a positive, proactive mindset.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
