The role
As a Technical Lead Adobe Data Full Stack (all genders), you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring +5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring the quality of developments, and driving client satisfaction by aligning deliverables with client requirements and technological environments.
The role requires strong Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, the ability to manage multi-channel analytics and data activation, and advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/RT-CDP). The Technical Lead must balance day-to-day Adobe Martech and data operations with strategic implementation and governance responsibilities, while operating in fast-paced, multi-client industries such as Insurance, Retail, Luxury, Automotive, and Travel.

Role Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
Lead production teams and act as the guardian of development quality.
Ensure alignment with client requirements and existing technological environments.
Manage prioritization, delivery timelines, and resource allocation.
Act as the main interface with clients to guarantee satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Core Adobe Suite Competencies (Daily Business)
Platform Analytics & Martech
Integrate Adobe stack with analytics tool and complementary solutions.
Ensure full coverage across web, mobile (SDK), apps, CRM, paid media, offline data.
Adobe Experience Platform (Specialist Scope)
Schema Definition & Governance
Define schemas using XDM with LID methodology.
Apply DULE methodology for governance (labelling, access, compliance).
Data Ingestion & Management
Onboard data sources (WebSDK, Mobile SDK, CRM, cloud storage).
Manage mappings, datasets, transformations, and ensure quality troubleshooting.
Identity & Audience Management
Configure identity namespaces and resolve profiles via identity graphs.
Create audiences for activation across Adobe and third-party tools.
Design and test customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Activation & Integration
Activate audiences to downstream systems (personalization, marketing, analytics).
Support real-time decisioning and omni-channel personalization.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
Adobe Expertise
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tags/Launch, CJA, AJO.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP, RT-CDP).
Practical experience in troubleshooting ingestion and identity resolution.
Other Adobe Tools (Target, Adobe LLM Optimizer, Agent Orchestrator) is a plus.
Data Architecture skills is a plus.
Analytics & Martech
Proficiency in GA4, attribution models, APIs, SDKs, data streaming.
Understanding of CMP functioning and integrations.
Programming: JavaScript, SQL, Python (mandatory).
Governance & Privacy
Strong grasp of GDPR and European data privacy frameworks.
Experience with DULE / LID methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills
Analytical mindset, structured problem-solving.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Proven leadership in multi-client and fast-paced contexts.
Fluent French and English required.
