Hiring: Automation Engineer / Power Platform Developer / RPA Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer / Power Platform Developer / RPA Lead to join our team. If you have strong experience in Power Platform, RPA, AI/ML automation, and enterprise integrations, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Build automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop), AI Builder & Copilot Studio.
Develop and manage RPA bots using UiPath / Blue Prism.
Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle: Requirements → Design → Development → UAT → Deployment.
Integrate automation with SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, APIs and more.
Implement AI/GenAI-based automations using LLMs (Azure OpenAI, GPT).
Collaborate with global teams and guide junior developers.
Create PDD, SDD, release notes, and follow RPA/Power Platform governance.
Required Skills :
7–12+ years of experience in Automation, Power Platform, or RPA.
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and connectors.
Hands-on with UiPath / Blue Prism, orchestrators, and bot lifecycle.
Good knowledge of SQL, Python, .NET, REST APIs, and system integration.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks (added advantage).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives.
