Executive PA to Group HR Director & HR Support

(12 month fixed term) Hybrid

Location: Solihull

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Personal Assistant to join a leading international firm, supporting our client’s International Group HR Director in this pivotal role. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. This position offers 60% high-level PA duties with 25% HR administrative support, perfect for an experienced PA looking to work in global environment but with a close-knit feel.

As PA to the Group HR Director, you will be at the heart of our international operations, managing complex executive support requirements while gaining valuable exposure to strategic HR functions. This is far more than a classic PA role as you will be a trusted business partner, managing critical projects and representing senior leadership across the organisation.

The role will entail:

PA Duties

Sophisticated diary management across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively managing the Group HR Director's schedule.
Complex international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
First-class visitor management and hospitality for C-suite meetings
Professional liaison with Board members, NEDs, and external stakeholders
End-to-end management of quarterly Senior HR Forums – from venue selection and contract negotiation to delegate management and on-day coordination
Organisation of Colleague Forum meetings, including agenda development and minute-taking
Coordination of Board-level meetings with full IT/AV support
Management of Non-Executive Director engagement activities
Creation of polished board reports and executive presentations, synthesising complex information from multiple sources
Comprehensive expense management and credit card reconciliation with sustainability reporting

HR Duties

Providing seamless cover support to the CEO & CFO's PAs during absences
System administration for employee lifecycle processes
HR Projects
Supporting with Employee relations administration
Supporting recruitment campaigns and employee benefits administration
HR inbox management and first-line query resolution

Applicants must have:

Solid previous experience at Board Level in a PA role
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for executive presentations.
Outstanding written communication – ability to draft correspondence on behalf of executives.
Experience coordinating large-scale meetings and events.
Experience of International travel
Exposure to HR would be desirable.
