Loans Administration Officer

12m FTC

City based International Bank

Salary £45k

Full time in the office

Main responsibilities will include;

Basic understanding of the general daily Loans Administration duties, including drawdowns, rate fixes, rollovers, fees, transfers, cancellation, prepayments, notices and advices in accordance with agreed and documented processes.
Basic understanding of the preparation of Sales/Transfers/Participations of Loan Products, including settlement and maintenance of those sold on a participation basis (pseudo-Agency role)
Position / create payments in relation to Loan Products
Record and maintain facilities within the Banks systems
Daily Nostro Reconciliations are actioned, breaks are resolved, or commentary added.
Reports - Daily MI / Monthly Quality Assurance of transactions / Nostro and Suspense
Communicate with and assist internal and external stakeholders
Participate in project work and continuous improvement developments (lean 6Sigma) for the department.
Maintain original documentation register
