We are currently working with a leading residential developer on a temporary Site Manager appointment on a large scale scheme in West London.

The Project:
A landmark multi-phase residential community in West London, delivering thoughtfully designed homes with well-specified internal finishes and quality amenity spaces. This scheme combines volume delivery with strong design standards, requiring confident coordination, clear communication, and a steady hand across multiple work fronts. It's an ideal environment for a Site Manager who enjoys managing a busy, fast-moving residential build while maintaining high levels of quality and ensuring smooth delivery of internal packages.

The Business:
This established residential developer is widely regarded for delivering some of London's most desirable living spaces. They combine a strong financial footing with an ambitious pipeline of schemes across the capital.

What They Need:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced 360 Site Manager, ideally with a strong bias toward internal fit-out, gained with a respected main contractor or developer.

You will bring:

Proven experience on large-scale residential schemes

Strong communication and coordination skills
