About the Client:
Our client is a high-growth EdTech SaaS company transforming how accounting and finance professionals complete their continuing education. Through a podcast-first, subscription-based platform, they deliver accredited, on-demand learning experiences that combine the engagement of media with the rigor of professional compliance.
The Opportunity:
As the senior-most Marketing leader, you will build and lead a full-funnel growth engine (B2B + B2C) with rock-solid attribution, channel payback discipline, and a durable forecast model tied to revenue. You will refine the measurement stack: GA4 + GTM (server-side), as well as define taxonomy, events, and guardrails. You will additionally build & run acquisition: Paid (LinkedIn/Meta/Search/etc.), SEO/AI discovery (GEO), affiliates/influencers, fast social (LinkedIn), content, partnerships, events, and PLG loops.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
You are the senior-most marketing leader at a B2B SaaS startup, and have built the function from the ground-up with a strong focus on Performance and Growth Marketing.
You have built forecast models from first principles, and managed $1M+ annual budgets with channel-level payback ownership.
You have run GA4/GTM end-to-end (server-side tagging a plus), across web and mobile, and implemented paid platform pixels and Conversions APIs.
You're able to commute to an office downtown Toronto at least 2 days/week.
