About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Learning Experience Designer to shape and deliver innovative, performance-focused learning programmes for international sales teams. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and instructional design expertise. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about crafting learning experiences that drive measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will leverage modern learning approaches, AI-enabled content development, and full lifecycle ownership to support sales readiness across EMEA, APAC, and CA/LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Experience Design

Design performance-driven enablement programmes aligned to international business goals.
Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to build measurable learning solutions.
Select appropriate delivery formats, including vILT, ILT, eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning.
Act as a trusted learning advisor to senior stakeholders across regions.
Use AI tools and data insights to personalise and enhance learning effectiveness.

Content Development & Innovation

Develop engaging, modern learning assets including modules, videos, toolkits, onboarding materials, and job aids.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in:
Notebook LM, Gemini, ChatGPT, GenAI, Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Docebo, Canva, and G Suite.
Use AI platforms to accelerate ideation, scripting, summarisation, and content refinement.
Ensure learning content is accessible, inclusive, and tailored for diverse cultural audiences.

Programme Ownership

Lead the full learning lifecycle from scoping and design through delivery and evaluation.
Partner with enablement teams, PMs, facilitators, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and successful rollout.
Use learner insights and performance data to evaluate impact and iterate.
Clearly communicate programme objectives, progress, and outcomes across global stakeholder groups.

Experience & Skills

5+ years’ experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Sales Enablement learning roles.
Proven experience in end-to-end design and delivery of impactful learning solutions.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, performance-based design, and modern learning approaches.
Advanced use of GenAI tools in the learning development workflow.
Excellent written communication, storytelling, and content design skills.
Strong project delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluency in English required; French proficiency preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
