Job Specifications

Duration: 3-month contract

Job Description:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.. Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

Manage product backlog, customer tickets, and build dashboards.
Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com
Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results
Help set up a wiki platform

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in Business analysis and making/optimizing workflow.
Good problem-solving skills
Strong communicator – understands how to get to the root of the issue, communicate solutions effectively.
PM background – what are the basics of Project management and how to complete from start to finish
Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com,
Software nice to haves: Confluence, Wiki experience

Top Must-have hard skills
