We are looking for our next HR Business Partner based in Lyon.

Looking for a position where your HR expertise shapes the future of research and development? Join us as the HR Business Partner for our R&D teams in Lyon. You won’t just be an HR support, you will be a strategic advisor, a change agent, and a driver of engagement and performance.

What you will accomplish

Influence and advise

Partner with our leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, and strategic projects.
Support cultural transformation and change management initiatives (digitalisation, agility, innovation).

Attract and develop talent

Recruit top profiles, manage onboarding, and support career development.
Drive performance management campaigns, talent reviews & succession planning
Coach managers to enhance leadership capability.

Create an engaging environment

Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retain key talent.
Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and drive targeted actions.

Lead social dialogue and supervise administrative tasks

Build trusted relationships with employee representatives and lead CSE meetings.
Ensure legal compliance and support restructuring processes when needed.
Supervise payroll, contracts and health insurance

Collaborate on global projects

Participate in international HR initiatives and share best practices across the HR community.
Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalisation.

Your profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP, ideally in R&D or technical environments.
Strong knowledge of French labour law and social dialogue.
Ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English.
