Senior Manager, Marketing Automation – Financial Services

Location: Toronto (3 days in-office)

Contract: Full-time, strong potential for permanent hire

Are you a marketing automation leader with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience? Join a leading financial services firm to drive personalized, data-driven client campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team delivering marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels.
Oversee journey mapping, campaign production, and data integration.
Define standards and best practices for automation, email development, and compliance.
Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.

What You Bring:

5–10 years of HTML/email development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
Strong hands-on skills with segmentation, dynamic content, and triggered campaigns.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
Knowledge of database marketing, CRM systems, and SQL is a plus.
