Hiring: Salesforce Engineer
Hybrid | Multiple Locations
Contract: 3+ Months
Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2 (No benefits)
Onsite Schedule: Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions that drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
• Architect, configure, and customize Salesforce applications aligned with business goals.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration tools.
• Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
AI & Innovation
• Implement Salesforce Agent Force and other AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Deploy AI-driven enhancements for lead scoring, forecasting, campaigns, and customer journey optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements and deliver business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions.
Data Management & Integrations
• Manage integrations with enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, analytics).
• Support API development and middleware integrations.
Governance & Optimization
• Maintain best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Provide Tier-3 support for advanced technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Required Salesforce Certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Platform Developer I
• Platform Developer II (strongly preferred)
Professional Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/engineering experience.
• Proven expertise building scalable Salesforce solutions for sales and commercial functions.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein Analytics or similar).
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
