Job description

Reach is a full-service creative agency specialising in the entertainment industries. Our authentic, content-first approach and commitment to quality has earned us long-standing relationships with clients including Lionsgate, Netflix, Studiocanal and PlayStation.

Following a year focused on outreach and new business development, we’re entering an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in Bath. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ropes of account management inside a busy, creatively led agency, and grow into an integral part of the team.

Working as part of our client services team, you will help manage client relationships across our gaming and entertainment portfolio. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day projects, contribute to the running of larger accounts, and work closely with our creative, production and studio teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have an innate understanding of our clients’ needs and identify opportunities to expand our work and services with them.

You’ll be an internal advocate for our clients, ensuring work is delivered to spec and timelines stay on track, while also learning how projects move through the studio from briefing to final delivery.

As a client-facing representative of Reach, the ideal candidate will be organised, detail-driven, calm under pressure and proud of the work they deliver.

You should be excited to work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, and eager to develop your skills with the support of an experienced team.

Primary Responsibilities

Managing smaller client projects day-to-day
Supporting client services team
Gathering and organising client feedback, and communicating it clearly to internal teams
Supporting scheduling and resourcing across projects
Tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are met
Handling administrative tasks including notes, agendas and invoicing support
Helping to prepare client decks and presentations
Managing communication across Slack, email and Asana

Skills & Experience

A year in a similar agency role is highly advantageous
Comfortable communicating with clients, including email correspondence and running meetings
Extremely responsive and reliable in fast-moving situations
Confident working with Slack, Asana, Teams and Google Drive
Familiarity with social platforms is a plus
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent attention to detail
