Our client is scaling rapidly and is looking for motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join their Account Management team in London. This role is suited to graduates or early-career professionals who are ready to step into a full Account Manager position with structured support, training, and a clear development pathway. No previous account management experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
Acting as the main point of contact for clients
Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
Identifying opportunities to expand and develop existing accounts
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Training & Progression

Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
Clear progression into Senior Account Manager and Strategic Accounts
