About the Role:

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our growing US team in Baltimore. In this role, you’ll support ServiceNow projects and enhancements, design and develop process workflows and automation strategies, and collaborate with colleagues on architecture and design reviews. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your ServiceNow expertise while growing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, OR 1+ year with a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and technical impacts.
Hands-on experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
Experience supporting IT data integrity (e.g., CMDB, HAM, SAM).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
