We’re looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, ensure smooth execution, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that align with key business strategies. What You’ll Do
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise-class technical solutions.
Drive initiatives in database migration and cloud migration, ensuring stability, security, and minimal disruption.
Define and track project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring business value delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and support teams to align technical capabilities with project goals.
Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership through reports and status updates.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively mitigating challenges to maintain progress.
Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) while blending with traditional PM approaches where needed.
Support the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and testing practices to improve delivery quality and speed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile programs, leading multiple teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Experience in database migration and cloud migration projects (preferred).
Experience managing technical teams building enterprise-class software.
Expert in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and roadmap creation.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
Proven ability to coach teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice To Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AWS preferably.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification; advanced Agile or SAFe certifications preferred.

Additional Responsibilities
Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
