Job – Senior Program Manager (Sales Operations)
Location: Remote – Central or West (CST or PST)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Focus
The position balances between two key areas:
Portfolio Program Management
Manage technology portfolio intake and coordination
Act as liaison with Revenue Operations stakeholders
Deliver status reporting on ongoing initiatives
Hands-on Project Management
End-to-end PM for small to medium-scale projects
Includes tool implementations, evaluations, customizations, and process designs
Not limited to Sales – can span IT, RevOps, Finance, and Product systems
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project/program management (initiation → planning → execution → closure)
Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management
Budget tracking and cost control
Resource/time management across projects
Risk and issue management, escalation, and mitigation
Change management support and documentation
Project tracking, status updates, and executive reporting
Collaborate with multiple internal departments:
Sales/GTM, Success, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, Legal, and Change Management
Candidate Profile
Skill prioritized over domain expertise (Sales Ops / Finance experience not mandatory)
Focus on strong execution and delivery, not just design/strategy
Large SaaS enterprise experience preferred, such as:
Splunk, Spotify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, Microsoft, Intuit, NetSuite
Should have led or closely collaborated on programs involving:
Revenue systems
Sales operations
Finance systems
Cloud systems
Application/software development systems
Experience & Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in Project Management (mid-to-high complexity projects)
Preferably 8–9 years, but open to 5–7 with strong execution skills
High-tech / enterprise software background required
Remote work experience managing distributed teams
Technical Skills
Jira (Required)
Jira Product Discovery (JPD)
Confluence
Agile methodologies — familiarity with Scrum and Waterfall
Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication across all organizational levels (including executives)
Stakeholder management expertise
Resourceful, proactive self-starter
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
