Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON M9W 6K9 - Canada - Hybrid

Duration: 6 months contract (Can convert to FTE)

Shift Hours- 8am-5pm

Note: Hybrid role - Interviews will be Via Teams

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, resolving billing issues, and providing pre- and post-sales support.
This includes processing product and service orders, preparing quotes, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal departments on shipping and product availability, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
The role also involves handling customer billing disputes, negotiating settlements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant experience, be bilingual in English and French (preferred), and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and quoting tools (such as Salesforce and SCPQ) and Microsoft Office is required.
The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team, shows initiative, and delivers excellent customer service.
