Role Description

This is a remote, part-time, high-commission opportunity with a direct growth path to Chief Revenue Officer with equity stake for the right performer.

As the first Sales Executive at Vellrix Systems, you’ll help shape our go-to-market foundation—targeting operations and plant leaders in manufacturing, introducing them to automation that saves real time and cost every shift.

Your focus will be on building pipeline, running discovery calls, and closing early customers while collaborating directly with the Founder to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and pricing.

This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who wants equity-track upside and the chance to scale into full revenue leadership as we grow.

Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, industrial, or automation preferred)
Proven hunter mentality—comfortable generating and following up on your own leads
Consultative sales approach and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive with autonomy and ownership
Experience using CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, or similar)
High integrity, discipline, and accountability
Compensation & Growth
High-commission structure with no earnings cap (top performers can exceed six figures)
Equity path unlocked after initial traction milestones
CRO track (12–24 months) as team and revenue scale
